RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for exchange only. Please review the policy details below.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at info@abeliaorganiccandles.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive your RMA number, securely repackage the item and send it to:

If you choose to use the prepaid return shipping label (if provided), the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

EXCHANGES
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange within seven (7) business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been completed.

EXCEPTIONS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@abeliaorganiccandles.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Note: Exchanges are only eligible if the item is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SOY WAX
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, which has a lower melting point. During transit or warm weather, slight sweating or melting may occur. This is a normal property of soy candles and does not affect their function or quality.
